Several people have asked about the legal issues mentioned by me in an
e-mail to the field on Sunday evening.  I thank you for your interest.

The Company experienced an inaccurate, incorrect posting on a website
almost a year ago by an outside entity.  The posting was not only
inaccurate, but also not very helpful to our growth.  After multiple
requests for the party to take down the irresponsible statements, especially
in light of the presentment of legal, documented proof of their error, we
were left with no other choice than to seek enforcement of our requests via
the courtroom.

Advantage Conferences is the plaintiff and is not being sued.  We expect
full resolution in the next few months.  Due to this being a legal issue,
there is not much more I can say in a public venue like this broadcast.

In business, there are always those who would like to see you not
realize the fruits of your labor; in fact, those attacks are inevitable,
especially to a boldly Christ-centered company.  We have excellent legal
representation and have been excited and committed to continually meeting
any and all opposition head-on.

Thank you for your prayers - the best antidote to attack is simply
continuing to be successful by providing excellent products and service
to more and more people.  I do expect further attacks in the future, but
I've always lived by the simple motto: "a man of integrity, when
questioned, allows time to prove him right".  And that it will.

Feedback on Tim's Book Slay Your Giant

Hi my family and I are please to know that their are still good folks out there on the planet who as shown us opportunities can be had for who ever willing to change their way of thinking. This is a very powerful book that Tim has writen so that persons like myself can reconnect with my Lord an Savior JESUS CHRIST. The entire book hit home with me, I had started feeling as if this book was writen especially for me an me only. God's way of saying, Kal, here it is straight up an down, side to side. It can't get any plainer than this. What your are doing for so many is truly a blessing. I believe that I am called by God to serve the kingdom he as created. Hi Eric, as I've become more acquainted with more people in AC it is so apparent we all have been through a lot of struggle...some monetary, some concerning marriage and loss, whatever. But I'm reminded of a teaching I heard about David's group of men that were disgruntled, destitute, and there was a third 'd' in there. They banded together under David's leadership and eventurally grew to became known as the mightly men of God. They became mighty together. So many of us have come into AC with giants looming but we are arising a mighty force. A mighty force for God to bring much into the kingdom and to help many people.
